Delivery costs

Where possible we aim to despatch orders by the next working day, however during busy periods this may take up to 3 working days. If you need your item urgently please contact us.

Orders under £20 will be charged a delivery fee of £3.50 (UK mainland orders only – for costs to other locations please contact us).

Orders over £20 will enjoy FREE DELIVERY (UK mainland orders only – for costs to other locations please contact us).

FREE DELIVERY TO LOCAL POSTCODES -choose option at checkout.

To use our FREE Click and Collect Service, select the ‘collection’ option at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection from Salamandar Gifts, Unit 24B Hart Shopping Centre, Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 3LA.

Returns

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, however sometimes things just don’t fit how we would like them to and we understand that, in which case please follow these return steps.

IN THE FIRST INSTANCE pleaseEmail: salamandargiftsonline@mail.com with a brief explanation about your return. We will then send you the returns details by return email.

Return date: Please post the item/s within 28 days of your original purchase.

Post: Please take care to wrap the goods securely and we recommend you use a delivery service which offers proof of postage and delivery such as recorded delivery, unfortunately we are not able to cover the costs of goods being returned to us.

Returns to our shop: You are very welcome to return your goods directly to our shop in Fleet, Hampshire, however we are unable to issue any exchanges or refunds for items bought online at our retail premises and your parcel will be handled in the same way as if it had been returned to us by post.

Refunds: Once the goods have been received and checked we will issue a full goods refund to the same card that you used to place the order with. This refund will exclude the original postal costs. Please allow up to 14 days for this refund to be processed.

Please note certain items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged, these include earrings, home fragrance or bath products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
